This is access to the Wellbeing with Elizabeth Monthly Pass
2 LIVE classes per week on Zoom, also streamed LIVE at same time on Private Facebook Live area - You choose how you wish to view.
All classes recorded for future use, if you are running late, no problem, The class will be there for you.
LIVE classes are UK TIME 18:30 on Thursday 10:00 on Saturday Morning.
Private Facebook group, All recorded LIVE classes, plus lots of extra pre recorded short and focus classes.
