Menopause Yoga is a series of Hatha Yoga poses brought to together to specifically combat menopause symptoms.
These classes can be small and focused on a particular goal, allowing the women to pick and choose to suit their symptoms and body.
In addition there is information on nutrition, medication, alternative therapies. All of this information is pulled together in one area to allow women to do their own research and make informed decisions about their menopause.
This class is provided to aid women through peri menopause and menopause. Either naturally or surgical menopause. No medical advice is provided in this course. There are signposts to further information where you can speak to professionals to make decisions best for you.
